Return & Refund Policy

At The Scent Edit, each candle is carefully hand-poured, packed, and shipped with love. 
Because we make them in small batches, we keep our return policy simple and transparent:

*Returns

– We only accept returns or replacements if your candle arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect.
– Change of mind, fragrance preference, or color choice are not eligible for return.

*How to request a return

– Email us at thescentedit01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
– Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product & packaging.

*Refunds

– Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
– Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

*Exchanges

– If stock is available, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund.

*Non-returnable items

– Used candles, items without original packaging, or items damaged after delivery.

We pour with love and pack with care so your candles arrive safely, but if there’s an issue — we promise to make it right.
